By booking a reading with Peace Abide LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Liability & Professional Advice

Peace Abide LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for how you use any information or documents provided through communication or readings. Nothing contained in the readings constitutes professional advice for medical/therapeutic diagnosis or treatment. Peace Abide LLC does not provide professional counseling or advisory services.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and participate in a reading.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Client Policy: No refunds or cancellations are permitted.

  • Provider Rights: I reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refund a reading due to illness or any situation that prevents me from delivering an acceptable reading.

Pre-Recorded Readings

  • Delivery Timeframe: Pre-recorded readings will be provided within 24 to 72 hours of your purchase.

  • Delay Compensation: If the recording is not delivered during the 24-72 hour timeframe, a one-time use $10.00 coupon will be provided to use on any future reading.

  • Coupon Expiration: Coupon codes can be used on a reading booked within 6 months of the expected delivery date of the initial reading.

Live Readings (Google Meet)

Your energy is an important part of the reading. To ensure the highest quality experience, please review the following requirements for live sessions:

  • Environment & Technology: Please ensure that you are in a quiet place with no distractions and that your devices are fully functioning and working properly.

  • Lateness: If you are at least 10 minutes late for the Google Meet reading, your session will be ended, and you will need to reschedule your reading.

  • Rescheduling Policy: The client is allowed 1 (one) reschedule with prior notice. No additional rescheduling will be allowed.

  • Emergencies: In the case of illness or urgent personal emergencies, please let me know as soon as you can, and we will work to reschedule your reading.
